Food: One of us has some intolerances. A few days before arrival, we received an e-mail from the hotel asking about specific food requirements. While they were not able to find everything we would have liked, they made a notable effort to provide us with food that we could tolerate. This was a large contrast to two hotels in Mumbai in a very similar price range, who basically ignored the request. We are also both not used to Indian food, but had no issue finding food at the breakfast buffet which we liked and was not too spicy for us. There is a 5 o'clock tea every afternoon, and when we did not show up one day, staff called our room phone and brought us chai masala and two lovely plates of food, to our room, at no charge -- how nice! Right next to the hotel is a food court, and while the menu (even at Domino's Pizza) has virtually nothing that doesn't qualify as "hot" in northern Europe, everyone there was also very friendly, helpful, and tolerant of our requests. The Room: The room was larger than expected, the bed comfy, and there was an actual table of decent size, on which one could comfortable write or work on a laptop. Also not something we saw in the to other hotels we stayed at during our journey to Mumbai and Lonavla. Most important for us: The air conditioning unit was not aimed at the bed but was blowing cool air out of the small corridor next to the bathroom, towards the bed. This is *amazing* in hot nights because we don't tolerate draft very well, and this way we could have some cool air in the room without waking up with a headache. The lowest setting of the ventilation system is also fairly quiet, which is another bonus. The eating area: Very relaxed place, even with table tennis! Staff: Not everyone spoke English too well, but we still found it easy to communicate with them.

Our recent trip to Lonavala was wonderful. Triose is about 1 km from the station, and we enjoyed walking through the village and small lanes. The place is calm and serene with many flowering and fruiting trees that attract birds, making it perfect for bird watchers. The food was good, and their commitment to the environment is commendable. The property has ample parking for those with vehicles. The swimming pool was warm, which added to our enjoyment. They also offer indoor games and have a good collection of novels. There is a mall within the compound with a food court and a few good restaurants, ideal for a calm dinner. The property is opposite Lonavala Lake, providing beautiful views. The rooms have 15-foot ceilings and are aesthetically designed. Overall, it was a great stay and one of the best we have experienced in Lonavala so far.

1. We stayed in the premium room which were well furnished and clean, 2. The breakfast spread had good variety of North Indian, South Indian and Local cuisine along with the regular accompaniments of fresh fruits, tea/milk/juices, etc. 3. The pool is cleaned on a daily basis and looked clean. There are lounge chairs on the pool side to relax as well. 4. There are other recreational activities like card based games, pool, table tennis, foosball that are available for guests. 5. There is food court next to the hotel that has 5-6 options to choose from. Room service is also available but that is from the hotel's own menu. We tried a few items and they were good.

Very clean and exceptionally hygienic. The staff were very professional and friendly. The high tea was a bit low as we were served with not so interesting snacks. The breakfast buffet was great. They had served a huge spread of south indian breakfast and all items were tasting good. The location is away from the center, which may be a little bit of a challenge if you do not have your own transport.

Staff are really cordial. Always ready to provide any services required. Rooms are also nice. Breakfast spread is decent. We were there for a birthday celebration and the hotel provided complementary decor and cake. They also provide complementary snacks though choices were limited. The overall property is really nice but lack of maintenance is visible here and there
